General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 468bd ("468bd", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 468bd online casino and sports betting platform available at https://468bd.club and any associated mobile interfaces or applications.

One Account Policy

Processing times stated above are estimates and may be affected by KYC verification status, bank processing schedules, system maintenance, or compliance review requirements. Currency

All account balances, bets, and transactions on the 468bd platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Where a player deposits via a method that processes in a different base currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general bonus terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General Bonus Conditions

Where the correct game state cannot be determined, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. 468bd's decision on game settlement following a malfunction is final. Malfunction voids all pays and play.

Bet Limits

Limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market at the time of wagering. 468bd reserves the right to impose individual player betting limits at its discretion, particularly where unusual or high-volume wagering patterns are identified.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 468bd platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and to refrain from any activity that may compromise the integrity, security, or fair operation of the platform. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Registering or operating more than one 468bd account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Using the 468bd platform while under the age of 18, or facilitating access by any person under the age of 18;
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or pricing errors on the platform;

• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation tools to misrepresent your geographic location or circumvent platform restrictions;
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction after the funds have been used to place bets on the platform.

468bd reserves the right to investigate any account or transaction at any time where prohibited conduct is suspected. Players are required to cooperate with such investigations, including providing requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe.

Account Suspension & Closure

468bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the circumstances set out below. Where closure is initiated by 468bd, the player will be notified by email to their registered address unless doing so would compromise an active investigation.

Closure by 468bd

468bd may close or suspend a player account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of being requested;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or unauthorised use of payment credentials;
• Detection of duplicate or multiple accounts;
• Bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of software errors;
• Offensive, threatening, or abusive conduct directed at 468bd staff;
• Inability to verify the player's age as 18 or above;
• Regulatory, compliance, or legal requirements.

Where an account is closed by 468bd for reasons other than fraud or Terms violation, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and related winnings) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Voluntary Closure & Self-Exclusion
